1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Note: Minor variations in color or finish due to lighting or manufacturing are not considered defects

To be eligible for a return:

  • Unboxing video for claims involving damage, missing items, or incorrect products is necessary.
  • The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

2. Return Approval

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved:
  • We will provide instructions for the return process.
  • Do not return the product until our team confirms your return request.

3. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Replacement Policy

If applicable, we will offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, depending on product availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Refund is processed with a 10% cancellation fee ( payment gateway and admin costs). 
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. 

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping charges.
  • If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
